Campaign Case Study: Spotify Wrapped

This was my final project for my Persuasion Methods and Strategies PR course. For this assignment, we had to select a strategic communication campaign from an organization that is based on a specific topic or goal, published during a certain period of time. The first part of the assignment was the Case Study. This is where I created a campaign overview, analyzed their messages, and shared key takeaways from the campaign. In the second part of the assignment, I had to propose three new persuasive messages that aligned with the campaign.

I chose Spotify Wrapped because it is a very successful campaign and I am extremely familiar with it. It was very interesting to analyze this campaign because Spotify doesn’t necessarily have to use any persuasive messaging to engage the audience.
